Location: the hotel was not far from all the cool attractions around the city, the worst restaurant, and the night club. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Burger King Nabq to relax and grab some food...

Will come back, truly enjoyed its location. The hotel seems like a brilliant place for a wedding ceremony. Make sure you stay in the double room with really nice view over garden. There is a coffee and a kettle - that's always a plus. Special thanks to kind staff for making my stay an excellent experience.

The taxi service was a mess!!! They arrived late, and we had no choice but to squeeze into a small vehicle. Endless hawkers selling trinkets while you're relaxing is not my idea of a peaceful resort experience!!!

What a disappointment! First, the 'all inclusive' was a big joke. $3 For a coke? Absolutely ridiculous! Then, the beach seemed reserved for those with gold bracelets. Not to mention that the staff were so rude, it almost felt intentional. I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't. What a letdown!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the havana restaurant was amazing. The room was comfy with a cool mini fridge and good a/c. Loved chillin in the hammock on the balcony and the water sports center on site was really handy too.
only downside was the noise from the nearby aqua park and the food could get kinda repetitive.

Enjoyed the vibrant landscaping. The poolside service was really good. The staff was always smiling and accommodating. Loved the variety at the buffet and the water activities available.
